Tips for Printing
Choice of Paper
The most important factor for a high quality print is the paper. I recommend a matte card stock between 80-110 lb in a neutral white shade. Glossy or photo papers will negatively impact the look.
Pay attention to the aspect ratio
Pay attention to the aspect ratio of the files too. All of mine are 4:5, so they will frame nicely at standard sizes like 8×10, 11×14, 16×20 and so on.
Framing is key
Matting alone takes it up a notch and is inexpensive. Opt for a mat board color slightly different than the artwork tones. For deckled edge prints, floating the art on the mat board creates an elegant look.
